April 2021 Reading List

Happy April everybody!

March was a really amazing and productive month for me, I managed to read 3 books: “A Court of Thorns and Roses”; “Prometheus: The Unsubmissive Fire” and “The One” (reviews soon for each of them).

I am now currently reading “De Profundis”, by Oscar Wilde, and I’m absolutely loving it! I’m also really excited about the books I have planned for this month. There’s a high chance that I won’t be able to read all of them, but I’ll be giving my best 🙂

Let’s get into it!

They were seven teenagers when they first stumbled upon the horror. Now they are grown-up men and women who have gone out into the big world to gain success and happiness. But none of them can withstand the force that has drawn them back to Derry to face the nightmare without an end, and the evil without a name.

Genre: Fiction; Horror

Goodreads Rating: 4,24

Probably, this is the book I am more enthusiastic to start reading ever! I can’t even describe how excited I am about this one. Stephen King is my favorite contemporary author, I can’t even believe how I haven’t read his masterpiece yet. Do you like Stephen King? Which is your favorite book from him?

There, two men fight “as long as they have to.” This is a gloriously original work that exposes the darkness at the core of our modern world.

Genre: Fiction

Goodreads Rating: 4,18

This book was recommended to me by a friend who considers it to be his favorite book of all time. My expectations on this one are definitely high. Can’t wait 🙂

A few friends of mine have read this book already, and I have received mixed reviews. Some of them loved it, others found it too predictable and cliché, so I’m kinda reticent about it.

Either way, I’m really excited about this one and I can’t wait to share my review with you.

  3. Hmm it seems like your site ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any points for inexperienced blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
